- Can I have a heart attack?β
- Hyperventilate and faint?β
- Die during a ceremony?β
- Will I suffer if I have high/low blood pressure?β
These are questions we get often…β
β
The truth is that these issues are rarely (if ever) an actual concern. (we have an in-house doctor, overseeing every ceremony and the health condition of the participants before, during and after).β
β
So we check to ensure that your heart is in an okay condition to participate, and a smaller amount of medicine is given to you while we monitor your reaction. β
β
However, your heart may break..β
β
Open.β
β
This is the biggest risk.β
β
That the amount of love (for yourself and life) that you thought you could hold, gets exponentially increased.β
β
And this is hard for many of us!β
β
A lot of people don’t know what it’s like to let the source of creation (love) flow through their body without walls.β
β
It feels as if you will die from the intensity of emotion and bliss that the medicine can take you to.β
β
And in the process, it shows you that it is okay.β
β
It teaches you that it is by opening, that life can flow in.β
β
That being vulnerable is to be aliveβ , and that there’s nothing to fear.β
β
For there’s not a single part of you that has ever been damaged, despite what they may have made you think.β
β
At the core, you are whole.β
β
Love and loved.β
β
Your heart will not break down,β
β
but it may break open.β
