There is a lot of (mis)information out there, testimonials, and documentaries that paint a picture of what Ayahuasca is (but not the full picture).
So I will start talking more in depth about what this journey entails, who it is for, how to know if you are ready and personal experiences over the next few weeks.
So let’s start, shall we?
Myth # 1 – Ayahuasca will heal you/cure you of anything.
The main use of traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies is to bring you back into harmony.
Cleaning and cleansing body, mind, heart and spirit.
When you’ve got a clear head, you can see the truth.
The truth of your habits, your addictions, your relationships, your health problems/solutions and so on.
Ayahuasca will show you, in a way that you understand deeply, the truth of who you are (and what you do)
And it will bring you into a place of grounded, conscious clarity.
It will clear the leftovers of karmic and emotional debris that may be unconsciously holding you back and keeping you stuck..
What you decide to do with this, however, is up to you.
The plant respects your free-will and does not decide for you, yet it is a strong and wise teacher that allows you to see things by yourself.
It is A LOT harder to go back into living a life of disconnection, numbness and insecurities once you have seen your own truth.
But the choice is still 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 to make.
Ayahuasca will bring you back into harmony, clear your body and energies, show you what is best for you (given what you want) and the rest is up to you to implement.
